This is a translation for convenience. If the two versions differ, the German original applies.
In short: your links and files stay on your device. We don’t see what you download.

2What stays on your device
The app works locally. Pasted links, downloaded files, your history and your settings are stored on your device and are not sent to us. We keep no record of what anyone downloads.
When you paste a link, your app talks directly to the respective website. Like any visit with a browser, that website sees your IP address and technical details of your device. We have no influence on this.
The clipboard is only read if the feature is enabled in the settings. It checks locally whether a link was copied and stores nothing.

4Payment processing
We manage purchases and licenses with RevenueCat. The card payment itself is handled by its payment partner; we never see full payment details such as your credit card number. We receive your email address, country, the product purchased and the status of your subscription. The privacy policies of these providers also apply.
5Recipients and transfers abroad
We only share data where necessary for operation: with our hosting provider Vercel Inc., USA (website hosting), the payment provider, GitHub Inc., USA (updates of the download module) and the email service Microsoft 365 (via GoDaddy), USA/EU. If data is transferred to countries outside Switzerland or the EEA, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.
6Cookies
The website only sets technically necessary cookies, for example for your language choice. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. If this changes, we will ask for your consent first.
7Legal bases
For users in Switzerland, the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies. For people in the EU, we base processing on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract: license, purchase, support), (f) (legitimate interest: security, abuse prevention, updates) and (a) (consent, where we expressly ask for it).
8Your rights
- Access to the data stored about you
- Correction of incorrect data and deletion of data no longer needed
- Restriction of processing and objection
- Receiving your data in a common format
- Withdrawal of consent, at any time and for the future
To exercise these rights, write to support@iyoo.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the FDPIC, in the EU the authority of your country of residence.
9Security
Data is transmitted encrypted (TLS). Only people who need it for their work have access to license and purchase data.
10Children
The software is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
